Blue University offers three levels of development across seven leadership competencies. In addition to classes offered through Blue University, a wide variety of classes in interpersonal skills, communication skills, work skills, stress and change management, teambuilding and problem-solving, programming and software training are available. In addition to the formal learning provided through class instruction, an extensive corporate library provides an additional learning resource for interested employees. |
