Robin R. LacKamp was elected to the BCBSKS Board of Directors in 1994. She served as chair of the board from 2002 to 2005. She is a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Foundation board. She also serves as a member of the compensation, audit and compliance, and finance committees.
With a 36-year background in banking and human resources, LacKamp is currently executive vice president, director and principal shareholder at Peoples Exchange Bank in Concordia. She holds a bachelor's in business from Kansas State University and an associate's from Allen County Community College.
