Robert L. Mullen joined the BCBSKS Board of Directors in 1990. He served as chairman of the board from 1998 to 2000. He currently serves as chairman of the Hospital Advisory Committee, and is a member of the audit and compliance, and finance committees.
Mullen, who earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in secondary education from Kansas State University, served as administrator for Hospital District #1 in Lyons from 1982 until his retirement in 2011.
