Robert L. Mullen

Robert L. Mullen joined the BCBSKS Board of Directors in 1990. He served as chairman of the board from 1998 to 2000. He currently serves as chairman of the Hospital Advisory Committee and is a member of the finance, audit and compliance committee.

Mullen, who earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in secondary education from Kansas State University, has been administrator for Hospital District #1 in Lyons since 1982.
