Thomas C. Simpson, M.D.

Thomas C. Simpson, M.D., was elected to the BCBSKS Board of Directors in 1996. He served as chairman of the board from 2000 to 2002. He is currently chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee and is a member of the finance, audit and compliance committee.

Simpson holds degrees from the College of Emporia and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. From 1978 until his retirement in 2008, Simpson practiced medicine at the Sterling Medical Center.

He lives in Sterling.
