Kenneth W. Winter

Kenneth W. Winter joined the BCBSKS Board of Directors in 2007. He serves on the board for Premier Health, Inc., and also is a member of the investment committee.

He is general manager of Winter Feed Yard and holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University.

He lives in Dodge City.
