Board of Directors
The Governance Committee has nominated the following persons to serve
on the Board of Directors for a four-year term, commencing in May
2013:
Leon J. Boor
Andrew C. Corbin
Gary D. Shorman
Susan M. Smith
Policyholders will vote on the four board positions during the annual policyholders meeting, at 8:30 a.m., May 9, in Polk Auditorium, 1234 Polk, Topeka. The above persons are the only nominees for those positions. No other business is currently on the agenda for the annual meeting.
