Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is giving away exercise towels to the first 25 organizations outside of Topeka, Wichita, Salina and Hutchinson that tell us they are planning an event for their employees or in their community. Each organization may receive up to 20 exercise towels. After we've heard from 25 organizations, a limited number of groups may receive 5-foot long exercise stretch bands, along with a tip sheet on how to exercise with them.
To register your group, simply send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are planning and how many towels you would like to receive (up to a maximum of 20). After your event, please send us how many people participated and how far you group walked so we can compile total participation figures.

We offer our members a series of disease management initiatives focused on asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Our goal is to improve the overall health of members with these chronic health conditions by providing one-on-one support, education and tools.
This free program is designed to help members, ages 21 to 63, who have BCBSKS as their primary carrier. You can print disease-specific brochures and learn more about our Healthy Options program in the Resource Blue section, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1-800-520-3137.
