Important message to our members about January premium payments
All premium payments dated and postmarked 01/10/2014 and before will be accepted for policies with January 1 effective dates. Please contact Customer Service directly and you can make your payment via phone.
Due to the heavy volume of phone calls we are receiving, if you attempt to call, are placed on virtual hold and do not receive a call back by close of business on the 10th, we will accept payments from these customers through Monday, Jan. 13.
