Frozen raspberry yogurt pops

- 1½ c. fresh raspberries
(one 6-oz. container)
- 1 c. fat-free light vanilla
yogurt
Mash berries in a small bowl. Stir in yogurt.
Divide into four pops and put in the freezer. Paper cups work fine.
Freeze at least two hours.
Serve with a smile.
Yields 4 pops.
