Final Rule Timelines - as published January 16, 2009

These timelines are published in the Federal Register Jan. 16, 2009.

• As of Dec. 31, 2010 – All covered entities must meet Level 1 compliance. 

• As of Jan. 1, 2011 – All covered entities must meet Level 2 testing compliance.

• As of Jan. 1, 2012 – All covered entities must meet Level 2 compliance.
