January 16, 2009.
- As of December 31, 2010 – All covered entities must meet Level 1 compliance.
- As of January 1, 2011 – All covered entities must meet Level 2 testing compliance.
- As of January 1, 2012 – All covered entities must meet Level 2 compliance.
