As of December 31, 2006, Blue health insurance coverage for international Blue members from Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom will end. These members carry ID cards with the following alpha prefixes:
Providers should not accept ID cards with these alpha prefixes after December 31, 2006. Claims for services after December 31, 2006 will not be reimbursed. Claims for services on or before December 31, 2006 should be submitted to BCBSKS no later than March 2, 2007. Original claims and adjustments submitted after March 31, 2007, for services provided prior to January 1, 2007, will not be reimbursed through BlueCard. They would need
