We are pleased to announce that the Medicare Advantage PFFS Terms and Conditions can now be accessed through the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Web site. This Web finder tool can be accessed from the provider frequently asked questions (FAQ) Web page located in the unsecured area of our Web site. http://www.bcbsks.com/CustomerService/Providers/faqs.htm. Enter the first three letters of the member’s identification number from the member ID card and click “Go.” Select the Plan name from the drop-down box before clicking “Go” if the first three characters of the member’s identification card are “XDV.” Your browser will be directed to the appropriate Terms and Conditions for the member.
