INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE FORM 1099

PLEASE SHARE THIS NEWSLETTER WITH YOUR FINANCE/ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

Providers will soon receive their 1099 Internal Revenue Service form for 2007.  It is very important that any discrepancies on these forms be reported to us no later than March 6, 2008.

Form 1099-MISC is issued to providers receiving $600 or more of Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Inc. or Premier Blue payments (if less than $600, no form will be issued).  Premier Blue is a separate 1099-MISC.
