Would you like to learn the basics of insurance billing? If
so, you can sign up for a free workshop!

Insurance billing workshops address basic information regarding Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) programs, general benefits, current guidelines, proper billing, and contact information to address future questions. The information presented is geared toward certain specialties. Please review the list below before enrolling.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Clinical Psychologist (PhD)
• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Doctor of Podiatry (DPM)
• Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
• Physician Assistant (PA)

Dates and locations are listed on the next page. All workshops begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. To enroll, complete the online registration form at www.bcbsks.com under Providers, Training or call 785-291-4135 or 800-432-3587 and select option 9 (unless a different phone number is indicated for the workshop you wish to attend).

These workshops are offered free of charge, and you will receive lunch compliments of the professional relations department at BCBSKS.

Casual dress is acceptable, but be sure to bring a jacket or sweater since it’s often difficult to control the temperature in meeting rooms.

NOTE: Workshops may be canceled if fewer than five people have registered. In the event of cancellation for any reason, registrants will be notified ahead of time.
