Specific Web Browser Requirements for the InterQual®/Precertification System
Providers using the online InterQual®/Precertification System must use Internet Explorer Version 6.0 Service Pack 2. This is not a new requirement.
We are issuing this reminder because some providers are trying to use the InterQual®/Precertification System with a different browser. This system is unique in that it will not work with any browser except the specific version listed above.
Please share this information with members of your staff who use the InterQual®/Precertification System.
