Web Browser Update – Internet Explorer Version 7.0

Providers who use the BlueAccess® portion of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Web site can now access the secured features through Internet Explorer version 7.0. This includes access to the online pre-certification system and the InterQual® criteria.

BlueAccess® features include: pre-certification; claims status, eligibility, remittance advice access and referrals.

The minimum browser requirements to use these online features continues to require use of Internet Explorer Version 6.0; Service Pack 2. Your browser must support 128-bit encryption to use the BlueAccess® secure area. Javascript and cookies must be enabled as well.
