Web Browser Update – Internet Explorer Version 7.0
Providers who use the BlueAccess® portion of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Web site can now access the secured features through Internet Explorer version 7.0. This includes access to the online precertification system and the InterQual® criteria.
BlueAccess® features include: precertification; claims status, eligibility, remittance advice access and referrals.
The minimum browser requirements to use these online features continues to require use of Internet Explorer Version 6.0; Service Pack 2. Your browser must support 128-bit encryption to use the BlueAccess® secure area. Javascript and cookies must be enabled as well.
