12/19/11 - Normal Weekly Unwrap and PIP payments
12/22/11 - Weekly Unwrap and PIP payments (due to the Christmas holidays on Friday, 12/23/11 and Monday, 12/26/11)
12/30/11 - Weekly/Monthly Unwrap and PIP payments (due to the New Year’s holiday on Monday, 01/02/11)
01/09/12 - Normal Weekly Unwrap and PIP payments
