Altered Provider Payment Schedule

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas will be closed the following days:

• Monday, December 24, 2012
• Tuesday, December 25, 2012
• Tuesday, January 1, 2013

Due to BCBSKS being closed on these days there will be an altered provider payment schedule with the following changes occurring:

• Regularly scheduled weekly payments and PIP payments that would have normally paid out on 12/24 will be mailed on 12/26 and EFT payments will settle into provider bank accounts on Thursday, 12/27/12.
• Month-End and PIP payments will be mailed on Wednesday, 1/2/13 and EFT payments will settle into the provider bank accounts on Thursday, 1/3/13.
• Monday, 1/7/13 - Regularly scheduled weekly payment.
