Due to a BCBSKS systems error, claims that were tied to a quality measure reimbursement were not processed correctly beginning with date of service 1/1/13 through 1/14/13. BCBSKS has identified and corrected the problem. The remittance advice dated 1/21/13 will reflect the adjusted claims.
