Dental plans for Groups 1-9
Employees, especially those with families, value dental benefits. You can expand our coverage to include dental services – all three options provide comprehensive coverage for most preventive services. Benefits for all services are paid at the maximum payment allowed.
Option 1: Dental Care Program

50% coverage for services such as basic check ups, dental X-rays (limited) and cleanings
50% coverage for crowns, bridges and dentures (subject to 240-day waiting period).
Option 2: Group Voluntary Dental

100% coverage for basic check ups, dental X-rays (limited) and cleanings

Other covered services (including simple extractions, fillings and repair of dentures) covered at 80% after meeting $50 per person deductible. Maximum benefit payment is $1,000 per person each benefit period.
Option 3: Comprehensive Dental
- 100% coverage for basic check ups, dental X-rays (limited) and cleanings

Other covered services (including simple extractions, fillings and repair of dentures) covered at 80% after meeting $25 per person deductible/$75 per family deductible. Maximum benefit payment is $1,500 per person each benefit period.
