Getting More Information/Communications

How will we find out more details about the changes created by the health care reform law?
First and foremost, we want to take the necessary steps to assure we provide our members with information we know is complete and accurate. In many cases we will not be able to provide additional information until federal agencies create rules and regulations, after which we'll need time to study them to understand how they will affect our benefit plans and contracts.
When we have complete and accurate information to share, we will use several different communication vehicles, including our website, newsletters, contract change letters and messages to our enrolled employer groups, and direct communications with one of our sales representatives.
