Help support the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation's Mission of Mercy in 2012 by receiving your claims information onlineYou can help protect the environment, reduce health insurance administrative expenses and save time while donating to a worthy cause by joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas' "turn off the paper" initiative. For each member who decides to receive their summary of claims processed (SOCP) statements online in 2012, BCBSKS will donate $1 to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation's Mission of Mercy. KDCF provides funding and resources to improve oral health in Kansas. Since 2002, the organization has donated nearly $10 million in dental care through its signature event, the Kansas Mission of Mercy. To date, more than 19,000 patients have been served thanks to the generous contributions of Kansas dentists, hygienists and dental assistants. Besides receiving your summary information faster, opting to receive your SOCPs online is good for the environment because it reduces waste; it helps Blue Cross lower paper and postage expenses; and it helps the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation in its efforts. To sign up for this service log-in to the secure BlueAccess section. If you have never set-up a user ID and received a password, review the Getting Started information to begin the process. When you sign up for e-mail notification you agree to stop receiving the paper version of the Summary of Claims Processed (SOCP) in the mail and instead will be able to view claims information in the secure section of this site. An e-mail message will be sent to the address you give us whenever a new claim is available for you to view. |
