Get your EOBs faster while helping Kansas families be healthy

We're thrilled to announce that the beneficiary of our 2014 online EOB campaign is Healthy Families, a Kansas Children's Service League program.

Each year, we partner with a local organization to support a program that makes Kansans safer and healthier. We encourage you to turn off your paper Explanation of Benefits statements, opting, instead, to get an email notification telling you your claims have been processed and your latest EOB is available in your BlueAccess account.

For each member who chooses online EOBs in 2014, we'll send $1 to Healthy Families. Plus, you'll get your EOB faster than the U.S. mail can reach you, cut down on paper waste (good for the environment), and cut down on mailing expenses that affect premiums (good for everyone!).

Learn about Healthy Families and choose online EOBs.

Healthy Options Check out the new BlueAccess

New year, new look! Late in December, we revealed the brand new BlueAccess, a fresh look to our member self-service portal. We're excited to offer you easier navigation, a new dashboard that shows your recent info at a glance, quick access to your Explanation of Benefits statements, and an overview of what your plan covers.

We're still working to implement changes and improve this experience, so please pardon the dust if you notice any unexpected roadblocks.
