Select ENROLL for the workshop you are interested in attending. At the top of the next screen, the name of the workshop, location, date and time of the workshop will appear. Fill in the rest of the form and SUBMIT. An email confirmation will be send to you to confirm receipt of your registration.

When registering, you will need to provide your Blue Cross provider number/facility name, complete mailing address, names of attendees, contact name, contact phone number, contact email address. If you have any requests or questions, please contact your BCBSKS Provider Representative or you may send a secure email to the Institutional Relations Department by clicking on the Contact Us link on our website.
One week prior to the scheduled workshop, a reminder will be sent to those scheduled to attend. As a courtesy to other providers who may be on a waiting list for the session that you are registered for, please notify us as soon as possible if you or anyone that is registered from your facility will not be attending. People who are on the back up reservation list will be notified within the week prior to the scheduled workshop if room is available.

Manuals and handouts are generally posted to the BCBSKS website for those attending the training. BCBSKS will notify providers when they can access the workshop materials on the BCBSKS website. Providers are expected to access the material and bring the printed material with them to the training session. In order to receive this notification make sure you are signed up for our email notification system - eNews.
Lunch will be on your own for the full-day workshop sessions. We allow at least 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch to allow participants time to leave, eat and return for the afternoon session.
