Vice President, Provider and Institutional Relations

Angie Strecker has served as vice president, provider relations and medical economics since 2020.

Strecker started her career at BCBSKS in December 1985 and joined Provider Relations in 1992.  She has held various roles in provider relations including her previous role as director of institutional relations since 2010.

In her current role, Strecker leads provider relations and medical economics in their departmental initiatives, including continued support of the BCBSKS response to COVID-19. The department also plays an important role in the corporate strategic initiatives.

Strecker has been recognized for her leadership in the Quest program, Leadership Topeka, Leadership Kansas and YWCA Women of the Year in Leadership honoree.  She is active in the community supporting the United Way Community Impact Committee and the grief ministry program, Beginning Experience.
