Behavioral Health Workshops
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) is teaming up with Rebecca Morris, CPC, CPCO, CPMA to provide a workshop on documentation, billing and coding of behavioral health services.
Rebecca Morris brings more than 14 years of experience in billing, coding and documentation improvement, including 12 years dedicated to behavioral health services. A passionate advocate for mental health, she is a published author in the AAPC magazine and a frequent speaker for local AAPC chapters across the country, where she focuses on educating providers without leading. In 2024, Morris was invited to present at AAPC’s National Health Conference on behavioral health billing and coding. She is known for helping providers and coders understand how documentation and coding work hand in hand. Morris currently serves on AAPC’s Chapter Advisory Board for the 2026-2028 term and works as a Compliance Audit and Training Specialist for Geode Health, a growing organization dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health services nationwide.
