About the coalition

Live Well Crawford County’s (LWCC) mission is to promote healthy lifestyle choices through education, motivation and support for all generations – thus improving the well-being of residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds. Pathways to a Healthy Kansas grants are allowing us to make Crawford County a better place to live through encouraging healthy policies, environments and activities in our schools, worksites and neighborhoods.
