Log in to your BlueAccess® account to update your information. If you don't have a BlueAccess account, create one now! Customers enrolled through the Federal Employee Program (FEP) will be unable to get personalized information in BlueAccess.
- Members who purchased their plan on the Marketplace will need to update their information by calling HealthCare.gov at 1-800-318-2596 or by logging in to their HealthCare.gov account.
- Members with group coverage may need to update their information through their employer. Please check with your plan administrator for details.
