Group broker appointment information

Our group sales teams are structured by geographic region, group size and other business considerations when determining agent appointments.

For groups with 2–9 enrolled or prospective enrollees, we offer Fee for Service arrangements rather than appointing outside brokers. Questions: [email protected]

For groups with 10 or more enrolled or prospective employees, agent appointments are reviewed individually by our sales managers. Contact a representative at a local field office.

Individual and family agents

Individual and family plans are not distributed through agents at this time.
