We make it easy to find a plan for your clients. Plan options are based on the group’s full-time equivalent (FTE) count, while sales support is assigned based on enrollment size.

Groups with 2–9 enrolled members are supported by our Internal Small Group Sales team. Groups with 10 or more enrolled members are supported by our External Group Sales team.

Fully insured option

PPO and EPO metallic plans for groups with fewer than 50 FTE and 2–9 enrolled.
Note: Group plans for 2–9 employees are not available through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP).

We offer comprehensive major medical (CMM) standard benefit plans, including the new BlueWell Plan (PDF), available alone or with select options.

Available for groups with 25 or more enrolled employees, subject to approval.

Yes. Required forms vary based on the broker relationship and group size. Contact a BCBSKS representative to determine which forms are needed for your situation. Brokers must be licensed in Kansas to do business with BCBSKS.

Employer BlueAccess® offers group administrators accessibility for managing a group health plan. Only authenticated valid group contacts, which may include a broker contact, will be granted access.

Members may access their personal portal through BlueAccess online and with the app.

Group reporting availability will depend on the group size and product offering. Ask your sales representative for more information.
