Kenneth Winter joined the BCBSKS board of directors in 2007. He chairs the investment committee, and is a member of the Advance Insurance Company of Kansas board.

Winter is general manager of Lariat Feeders, LLC, and holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University.

He lives in Dodge City.
