Medicare Advantage provider portal launch rescheduled

BCBSKS is rescheduling the launch of the new MA provider portal to July 14, 2025. This allows us time to ensure the portal is ready to provide an improved experience for our valued providers. 

What’s changing

• A refreshed, user-friendly interface
• Enhanced functionality for eligibility, claims and authorization status checks
• Improved access to MA resources, including policies and procedures, forms and benefit information

Next steps
On July 14, visit https://bcbsksprovider.healthtrioconnect.com to register and begin using the new portal. You will still have access to the current provider portal through September. If you have questions or need assistance, our provider support team is ready to help at 800-240-0577.
