    You can Search for Jobs to apply online directly. If this is your first time applying with us, make sure to create an account at the end of the application process. This will allow you to view your application status and apply for other opportunities. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

    To be considered for a position, each applicant will need to apply online through the job posting. Due to this, we are unable to keep applications/resumes on file.

    All our positions list a posting close date at the end of the job posting. The position will close at 11:59 p.m. on that date. For example, if the posting close date is Aug. 30, you will have until 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 30 to submit your application.

    Once the job posting has closed, the talent acquisition specialist will start reviewing all applications for required and preferred qualifications. This is typically done within one week of the position closing. You will hear from us via email or phone informing you of the status of your application.

    We encourage you to apply if the position becomes available again and you are still interested.

    If you are interested in more than one job opening, you will need to apply for each position separately to be considered.

    Your application will stay with the job posting until the position is filled. To be considered for other opportunities, you will need to apply online for the positions you are interested in.

    You will hear from us either by email or phone to let you know when a position is filled.

    We have multiple positions that can be work-at-home. These should be noted in the job posting if the position is eligible to work hybrid (combination of remote or onsite) or remotely.

    Employees can be located in either Kansas or Missouri, depending on the needs of the position. This should be identified on the job posting.

    Employees are eligible the first day of the month following date of hire. For example, if your start date is January 20, you would be eligible for health insurance on February 1.

    If you are offered a position, you will receive the health insurance benefit information in your offer letter. We do offer a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) as well as a major medical plan for employee, employee/child, employee/spouse and family options.

    Each Blue Plan is its own separate and independent entity under the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association umbrella. BCBSKS is headquartered in Topeka, Kansas and serves all the counties of Kansas except for Johnson and Wyandotte county, which are served by Blue KC. If you are interested in a position at Blue KC you will need to apply with them directly through their website.
