Electronic Provider Network Application Now Available

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) is pleased to share that our Provider Network Application (PNA) is now available in an electronic format on our website. This enhancement, effective March 18, 2026, gives prospective providers a more convenient way to complete and submit required application information.

Moving to an electronic application helps streamline the process for both providers and BCBSKS. Online submission supports improved accuracy, faster processing times and easier access, while reducing the need for paper forms and manual handling. These updates help ensure provider information is complete and accurate from the start.

At this time, Provider Network Application forms are available by request only. Providers are encouraged to take advantage of the electronic option available as part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and accessibility.
