Institutional Provider Relations Welcomes Mackenzie

Hello! I am Mackenzie Kent, the new Government Programs Provider Representative in institutional relations. I have worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) for 5 years. I started my career in claims and most recently served as a claim’s trainer for the ITS Host area.

A little about me; I grew up in Topeka and attended Washburn University where I majored in finance and Business Administration. After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I decided to go back to school and am soon graduating with my MBA (Master’s in Business Administration). I currently reside in Ozawkie and have 4 beautiful dogs. In my spare time I love to hang out with my dogs, friends/family, and be outside. I also enjoy traveling and watching the Chiefs play on Sundays.
