New BCBSKS Medicare Advantage claims processing vendor

In order to help improve efficiency, MA claims processing, BCBSKS will be transitioning to a new vendor. 

Claims will begin to process through the new vendor on Monday, June 30. Below are key takeaways for providers:

• Due to production cut-over activities as we transition to the new vendor, MA claims were held starting June 20. On Monday, June 30, the claims held will be routed to the new vendor for processing.
