A New Wellness Resource for Your Patients
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) is expanding access to wellness support for members with the launch of YMCA 360. This virtual fitness and wellness platform is available at no additional cost to eligible members and is designed to support whole-person health at every age and ability level.
YMCA 360 offers on-demand fitness and wellness classes that members can access from anywhere, at any time — no gym membership required. It is another option you can share with patients who may benefit from convenient, flexible ways to stay active and support overall well-being.
What Your Patients Can Expect
Through BCBSKS and YMCA 360, members have access to:
- High-quality, on-demand virtual fitness and wellness videos and classes created by YMCA at no additional cost
- Flexible participation from home or on the go – on their own schedule
- A wide range of class options to meet different needs, abilities and personal wellness goals
- Regularly refreshed content designed to support mind, body and spirit
This resource may be especially helpful for patients who face barriers to in-person fitness or are looking for additional ways to stay engaged in healthy routines.
Member Eligibility
YMCA 360 is available at no additional cost to members enrolled in BCBSKS individual, family, group or Medicare Supplement health plans.
- Medicare Advantage members will have access to YMCA 360 later in 2026.
- Members with ancillary coverage only, such as dental or life insurance, are not eligible unless they are also enrolled in an eligible BCBSKS health plan.
