Federal Employees Program (FEP) – HEDIS Measures
Providers caring for FEP members are encouraged to review patient records and address gaps in care related to:
- Preventive Screenings
- Breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings for eligible patients
- Medication Management
- Appropriate statin therapy for members with cardiovascular disease or diabetes
- Medication adherence and medication safety
- Behavioral Health Follow-Up
- Timely follow-up after hospitalization or emergency department visits for mental health conditions
- Care coordination for members receiving behavioral health services
