System update impacts claims; resolution expected by Jan. 1
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) encountered an issue with processing BlueCard Host claims after a system update in August. This update was part of a modernization effort aimed at improving the BlueCard experience. BCBSKS anticipates that these claims will be fully resolved by Jan. 1, 2026.
