System update impacts claims update
Thank you for being a valued Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas provider. We truly appreciate your partnership and your patience as we work through claim(s) submitted in fall 2025 that were impacted by the BlueCard Host modernization update.
We know delays like this can be frustrating. While we previously anticipated these claims would be resolved by March 1, we have learned that the process will take longer than expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes and want to assure you that our teams are continuing to work diligently to fully resolve the issue.

No action is required from you at this time, and we kindly ask that claims not be resubmitted.
