Transition of BCBSKS Medicare Advantage ERAs to Zelis

Due to a change in vendors, effective July 8, 2025, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) Medicare Advantage (MA) electronic remittance advices (ERAs), also known as 835 files, will transition to Zelis for delivery.

If you currently receive MA ERAs (835 files):
To ensure uninterrupted access to 835 files, please register with Zelis prior to the transition date. For assistance with registration or additional details, please contact Zelis at 877-828-8770 and ask for their e-payment center.

If you receive paper checks, no action is needed.
