Update: Prime Therapeutics Post-Service Claim Edits Program

This update is regarding the Prime Therapeutics Post-Service Claim Edits (PSCE) program, which was previously announced in our recent provider newsletter.

The PSCE program will be delayed slightly from the previously communicated July 1, 2026, go-live date while we complete additional testing to help ensure the process is accurate and as seamless as possible for providers.

PSCE-related policies will be updated with the appropriate effective date. Providers will be notified once testing is complete and final validation standards have been met.
