Value-based Capability Survey

On Sept. 16, BCBSKS will be sending a Value-based Capability Survey to providers. Feedback will help us understand providers' current value-based care capabilities, interests and future needs, allowing us to develop future programs and solutions to support quality care, improved health outcomes and mutual success.

Because we want to better understand the perspectives of providers across specialties and experience levels, the survey will be distributed broadly and will remain open for 60 days.
