National Walk @ Lunch Day
For more than 80 years, BCBSKS has played an active role in helping Kansans lead healthier lives. One way we encourage better health is through National Walk @ Lunch Day, recognized on the last Wednesday each April.
The day is designed to encourage busy people like you to take a walk during your lunch break and start a healthy routine. A regular walking routine can reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve health outcomes.
