Important Update: New Provider Network Application Now Available

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) is pleased to announce the release of our updated Provider Network Application (PNA), formerly known as our Provider Network Enrollment form. This updated form is designed to streamline the enrollment process and ensure we maintain accurate data for our provider directory and CMS requirements. 

Key updates include:

• Updated name: Provider Network Application
• New fields to submit license and specialty information
• Enhanced availability section including both days and specific hours
• Handwritten applications and applications with alterations will not be accepted
• Errors or missing information will require submission of a new application

The new application is effective Oct. 21 and is available in the provider forms section of our website. We appreciate your continued partnership and thank you for your attention to this important update.
