Understanding Your Member ID Card
Your member ID card is your key to care! It looks like a standard insurance card but is personalized just for you. You'll find your member ID, group number, plan type and customer service contacts — all handy details to have when visiting a provider, picking up prescriptions or checking on your coverage.

Member information
The primary member's name will appear on all ID cards. The identification number will be used at the doctor's office, for prescriptions, medical centers and when calling Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas with a question.

These amounts will tell you how much you can expect to pay each time you visit the doctor's office, visit the pharmacy or have an emergency room visit.
