Prior Authorization Changes for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (BlueKC)

Effective February 1, 2020 BlueKC will no longer be accepting pre-determination request from providers.  Providers may continue to submit pre-determinations for Federal Employee Program (FEP) members and Joint Administrative Account (JAA) members. A complete list of services that require prior authorization and e-forms are available here.

This change will only affect the BlueKC members you are serving.
