New MA Alpha Prefix with New Look
Providers could be seeing a new Blue Medicare Advantage card with a new logo and alpha prefix. Anthem has added a new Blue Medicare Advantage alpha prefix of J2H. Some of these members live in our service area. Please note that on these cards, they will have a new Blue Medicare Advantage logo where you typically see a licensee name/geography. Please see the example below of the new look:
