Remote Electronic Medical Records Access
Providers may soon be contacted by our Medicare Advantage vendor, Advantasure to obtain information regarding remotely accessing electronic medical records (EMRs). The purpose of this access is to review medical records for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) Medicare Advantage members. The information obtained will be used for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and risk adjustment.
