How Claims Are Paid

  1. Visit a provider that accepts Medicare and show both ID cards
  2. Your provider sends the claim to Medicare
  3. Medicare processes the claim
  4. BCBSKS processes any remaining costs
  5. Review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for what you may owe
